All payments are fully secured and encrypted and we do not store any payment/ card/ bank information of customers. All data is processed via payment gateways only. We use PAYU MONEY as payment gateways.
- We cover Domestic (India) Only.
- For Domestic shipments we use DTDC, Bluedart and Indian Post to cover every possible corner of India.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship either same day or next day after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout process as per pincode entered by the customer. Please Note, it is estimated delivery time and actual delivery may vary depending upon various factors. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the products.
For Digital Signatures, we ship after DSC verification is complete in all respects. Delivery Time vary between 1 to 3 days in city area and in village areas, it may take up to 6-8 days even.
Customers are requested to enter their shipping details accurately and select shipping method carefully. Any incorrect Pincode location entered, will be charged extra and full amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation of order due to ODA pincode or any other reason.
Shipping days mentioned are only working days. Public holidays, Sundays, etc are not counted in that.
You can check live shipping rates and courier availability during checkout directly before actual payment.
Insurance is not covered. Any loss in transit of goods will not be borne by SHOBHIT ASSOCIATES.
We ship all electronic goods in hard boxes with extra quantity of bubble wrap for more protection.

Do I need to send products all the way to India – New Delhi?
All Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in Kasganj
(U.P.) India at their own cost. We do not provide free returns since we sell on low margins. However we may arrange for pickup of product from customer’s location if it is feasible for us and our logistic partner. This reverse pick-up service is chargeable.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products (excluding made-to-order items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging along with Invoice Copy.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 10 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

||We do not accept returns in case of services. However USB Token cost can be refunded. Warranty Period – 30 Days.
For all products excluding Made-To-Order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
For Made-To-Order products:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
- Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund will be issued approximately 95% of the product price, only if product received back in original condition with original packaging and invoice. Shipping Charges paid by the customer will not be refunded. This is because 5% is deducted by payment gateway for refund and double shipping charges are charged by the logistics partner in case of non-acceptance of goods by customer.
We might not have very flexible refund policies as compared to other e-commerce site and this is because we focus more on providing best prices and keep very little profit margins. In order to protect ourselves from loss, we sometimes deduct some percentage while refunding the money. However refund cases rarely arises.
Refund usually takes place in same payment method which customer uses while placing order online. Refund will reflect within 7 days from date of issue of refund.
Terms & Conditions:-
By placing your order on our store, you allow Shobhit Associates to do processing of applicant DSC, generation of DSC, downloading of DSC, and to complete any related formalities to successfully deliver DSC in USB Token to them on their behalf.
We are not responsible for any wrong data submitted by you online while placing your order. So it is advised to double check the details before placing your order.
Ultimately it is the sole responsibility of the person placing order online for having Digital Signature of the Applicant on his/her behalf. Shobhit Associates assumes all buyers to be genuine and hence make their DSC on good faith. We are not involved in any kind of frauds that may occur due to false generation of DSC(s).
We have all logs and records of the persons who are placing orders online and can track them in case required and they will indemnify us for any loss due to their wrong doings.
By placing order online for Digital Signatures, every person agrees all terms and conditions of Sify Safe Scrypt and of e-Mudhra Limited and other Certifying Authorities.
